1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Smart Trader Bot service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Smart Trader Bot script on TradingView requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) as selected. Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
3. Access Grant
Upon successful payment, we will grant your specified TradingView username invite-only access to the Smart Trader Bot script. Access is non-transferable and intended solely for the subscribing individual. Sharing your access or the script itself is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your subscription without refund.
4. No Financial Advice
The Smart Trader Bot script and any related materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading financial markets involves substantial risk, and you could lose all or more of your initial investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, accuracy, reliability, or profitability of the Smart Trader Bot script. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Smart Trader Bot, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
